Fireworks...A Second Generation Family Legacy
A Note From the Owners; Jess & Bart
Our story begins back in 1988 when my parents' love for fireworks first flourished into a successful business. My parents, Ted & Jeri Kastner, started Kastner Pyrotechnics & Fireworks Mfg Co Inc when I was just a little girl, growing up in SW Wisconsin. My folks dabbled in almost every area of the fireworks industry. They manufactured 1.3g display shells, operated a consumer fireworks retail store, shot displays for our local communities and festivals, distributed pyrotechnic chemicals and supplies & built professional shooting equipment such as HDPE mortars and racks. I grew up alongside my family's business for nearly 25 years, gaining valuable knowledge and experience every step of the way.
My husband, Bart, (who at the time was just my high school sweetheart) also gained many years of experience while helping to run our family's retail store and shooting displays with my father. Little did he know then that he would marry me and be running his own fireworks company years down the road!
Bart and I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire respectively in 2007. While our careers had us going down a successful road together, we found that we missed being involved in the fireworks industry. After much planning and discussion, Bart and I decided that it was time to start our own business, and Kastner Pyrotechnics Fireworks Wholesale & Imports LLC was born.
The goal of our business is quite simple: we focus on finding the best fireworks out there and we offer them to our customers at the best prices--all while providing the best one on one customer service in the industry. We couldn't be more excited to share our passion for fireworks with all of you, our wonderful, loyal customers.
